Doug Sonders Superhero Concept Shoot

Even though I specialize in wedding photography, I always love seeing and being inspired by what other photographers are creating in their genre of work.  The talented Doug Sonders put together a Superhero concept shoot yesterday and invited some folks along to assist and stand in as extras.  What I love about Doug is his passion for his work.  This particular shoot wasn't for someone on his impressive list of clientele; he had an idea that he wanted to play around and have some fun with - for the simple love of what he does.  I enjoyed watching him in action as he directed (or as he would call it, "produced") each shot and explained what he was looking for in natural and off-camera lighting with each change he made.
